Step 2: We define your goal and make it manageable
I’ll use powerful questioning techniques to help you gain clarity and focus on what you truly want.
We work together to break down your goal into manageable chunks that we’ll focus on in our future coaching sessions.
Step 3: We work together to achieve your goal
I continue to ask you challenging questions that allow you to get closer to achieving your goal. I may even use some activities or games to help you focus. We always ensure that we use each coaching session effectively by defining “mini goals” which take you closer to your target.
Step 4: “Goal!” Success!
Not only will you have achieved what you set out to do but you’ll now have a set of tools that you can use on yourself to move you forward in any area of your life. You’ll continue to grow, develop and be truly successful and fulfilled in your life.
